These lectures will address physics questions which could be tackled by a next generation of future collider, after the LHC and a TESLA-like collider. Examples of such machines are a multi-TeV linear e+e- collider such as CLIC, a Very Large Hadron Collider (VLHC) with a CMS energy of up to 200 TeV, and a muon collider.
